By accessing or using ClickFlick ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

ClickFlick is a social media management platform that allows users to:

• Connect multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads)
• Create and publish content to multiple platforms simultaneously
• Schedule posts for future publication
• View analytics and posting history
• Manage team collaboration (on applicable plans)

3. Account Registration

To use ClickFlick, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Verify your email address
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Plans

ClickFlick offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: 5 posts per month
• Basic ($10/month): 30 posts per month
• Pro ($25/month): 100 posts per month
• Business ($49/month): Unlimited posts

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ClickFlick to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Spam, send unsolicited messages, or engage in automated bulk posting
• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms
• Use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Content Ownership and Responsibility

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through ClickFlick. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through ClickFlick. We do not review, approve, or endorse user content. You must ensure your content complies with applicable laws and the policies of the social media platforms you use.

7. Social Media Platform Terms

When you connect your social media accounts to ClickFlick, you must also comply with the terms of service of those platforms:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Terms of Service
• TikTok Terms of Service
• X (Twitter) Terms of Service
• Threads Terms of Service

We are not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms, including account suspensions or content removals.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Experience downtime due to factors beyond our control
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Third-party platform API changes or outages may affect service functionality.

9. Intellectual Property

ClickFlick, including its logo, design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• ClickFlick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for content posted to third-party platforms or their actions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClickFlick, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse the service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination upon request.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
